Plant seeds of growth into your sub-conscious

The Weekly Challenge # 2, February 21, 2005
 
 
 

Last week we spoke about being able to relax your body and mind to relieve stress.

We gave you a relaxation technique to help you feel free from the daily grind.

This same technique allows you to put suggestions you want into your unconscious mind and plant seeds that can help you be more of whatever you want.

While you are in this relaxed state of mind your unconscious mind is more accessible to your suggestions.

Try this and see if it works for you. It may not work on the first try, but keep doing this for each day for 21 days and tell me your results.

Get into your relaxed mode that we talked about last week. See nothing, feel nothing, just keep your mind as blank as possible until your body feels completely relaxed. At that time give yourself suggestions, like you feel great, that you have a lot of energy, or that you feel in the best shape of your life.

Start with general suggestions, when you have repeated these suggestions to yourself, tell yourself that when you wake up you will have all of these things. Tell yourself to open your eyes on the count of 3 and feel these things.

1,2,3 and your eyes are open.

How do you feel? Remember, try it for 21 days using the same suggestions and share with me how you feel.
