We have been working on goals. Now that you have them written down, I want you to read them at least two times a week.

If you have been with us these past weeks, you have pared down your list to things that are important to you that you want to accomplish. Now take some time to contemplate how will these things effect your relationships with the people around you. Give it some thought and write it down.

Last week I had everyone write down everything that they could think of that they wanted in life. Now I want you to pare down that list down to a maximum of 10 things and write those down on a piece a paper. Carry these things that you want around with you wherever you go for the next week. Keep these things in mind throughout each day.

Write down everything that you want in life. Take your time, even a few days, and as you write down the things that you want you will be visualizing a new goal set that you want. Really try it- think about the things that you want in life, and write them down. How do you feel after this?

Write down all of the things that you want in life on a piece of paper- not just material things, but personal and spiritual things that you may want in your life.

Try relaxing and using your imagination to think of the best weekend that you could have, then have it!

What present thing do you want now? How many of us don’t know what we what to do even when we get home tonight?

Let’s pick a dream- any dream, large or small, and let’s write that dream down on a piece of paper.

Don’t take to heart everything someone tells you. You are a good person.

We tend to focus on the negative, so why shouldn’t we congratulate ourselves on the good accomplishments that we have had in our lives.

Remember that merely choosing to change is not enough; you have to change the picture in your mind to affect change.

What do you believe you will do tonight at home? How about this weekend? How about you picture something happening that you wouldn’t ordinarily do, and do that this weekend to give yourself the confidence that you can change, that you can do or be something else.

You are what you think. You can be depressed, you can be a rock ’n roll star. How you become either one is by thinking that it is your now, your present state: “I am depressed”, or “I am a rock star.” What if you changed your thinking?

This week let’s work on influence. Who is going to influence you this week: You or somebody around you?

Start your day off with positive self-talk to yourself.

Every time you are judgmental in some way, say to yourself, “gotcha”.

Can you not blame other people this week?
|

Are we going to tell ourselves the truth? And for everything we say to ourselves that is not the truth, can that be how we see ourselves in the future?

Visualize just one thing you want in the future. See it and add emotion to it as if you have this one thing right now in the present.

Believe in yourself. Don’t let other people tell you who you are. Stretch out and believe you can. I believe in you and so do others.

Do you think that you are lacking in some quality? Why is that? Is there really any rational belief for this feeling, or did someone say something that made you feel that way.

Strengthen your relationships by learning how to listen.

Where are you in life and where do you want to be?

All you have to believe is in yourself. How many of us don’t from time to time?

But if the habit is something that you want to break, you can, if you understand that after you do something for 21 days or so, then the new habit begins to form over the old habit.

Let’s try developing our plan. We want to open up and think about potential improvement and growth that we can cultivate in our life to have a more perfect state.

The average American cannot run around the block, reads less that two books a year, and makes less than $40,000 a year.

This week I would like you to work on your self-image through your self-talk.

Put suggestions you want into your sub-conscious mind and plant seeds that can help you be more of whatever you want.

Everything we do in life seems to cause stress: going to work; paying the bills; the kids; the dog. Don’t let it get to you. Schedule your time out.
