As we near the New Year some of us are going to be making resolutions. And some of us will wish we could make resolutions that we could keep.
Ever do that one? Think about a resolution that you would really like to do? You know; quit smoking, lose a little weight, get that promotion, start that new career, find that someone special, and the list goes on.
Know how to do it? I have a simple answer. As a matter of fact it is so simple you will say it doesn't work, yet it is the most powerful thing that you can do.
Imagine yourself in your new state of affairs; whatever that is, and then put this picture from your imagination into your sub-conscious. Do that for 21 days and begin to see a difference. Of course there is a technique for doing this, but begin by just relaxing, taking everything out of your mind but the picture of what you want.
Of course you have to make the choice to change. You need to think of the change as positive in your life, and be willing to take a risk to change your life. And you have to do it in the spirit of what is good, so past behavior will be just that - the past.
Talk to yourself about the good and what you want to change. Start off small and then start to take on the bigger things in your life.
You will see how the Four Dynamics can influence your life to quickly change the things you want to change.
Remember, it's not that hard. If I can do it, you can do it.
