Developing your goals. You know what you need to take care of yourself. Give yourself a general and specific health goal. I don’t need to tell you what you know yourself, but let yourself live in good health, or as good health as you can. There are a million books out there to help you be healthy; pick one that suits your life and go for it. Even if you just start out thinking healthy that is good enough for a start, and progress from there. They are not kidding when they say all you have is your health. You will feel better and be able to have a better self-image by just thinking specific and general health, and then start to do something. It will be a big boost of confidence.
You will need a monetary goal. How much money do you need, and what are you going to do with it? You need to know what you are going to do with it, so you can visualize what you will use the money for in your theatre of the mind.
What is one thing that you are grateful for in your life, and something that you can give thanks for in your life? This is an important affirmation in goal setting, because it gives you strength and purpose.
What other observations do you have that you would like to guide your life towards? Write those observations down. What do you want for your family? What do you really to want do?
