    Chamber President
    Ventures Out

Beverly Hills Chamber of Commerce President Step Jones has resigned from Beverly Hills BMW and is beginning a new venture to focus his attention on a project that has been his dream for many years.
His new company, Life Motivations, Inc., to be based in Beverly Hills, will provide training, lectures, programs and products designed to help companies and individuals achieve their maximum success.
Jones, who will be president and CEO of the new venture, has spent more than a decade refining his concepts of "Success Philosophy," and will roll out the first round of products and services this November.
"I loved being part of the sucess story at Beverly Hills BMW," said Jones. "We were able to take what had been a failing dearlership at the time I arrived seven years ago, and with the hard work of a lot of great people, turn it into one of the country's most successful franchises. I may be gone, but the rest of the people who made Beverly Hills BMW such a success are still there, and I strongly urge everyone to keep buying and servicing their cars there. It's a great group of people, and I was proud to work with them."
It was, he said, simply time to fulfill his lifelong dream.
With a degree in philosophy, Jones has always been fascinated by the study of what motivates people to succeed, or fail. His research has included much comparateive analysis of modern success training, in addition to looking at how this all fits in with several thousand years of philosophical thought. This has let to his development of a multi-part - pardon the pun - step-by-step program that shows people how to define the aspects of character that can be holding themselves or their businesses back, along with a process to move past simple goal-setting toward goal planning and fulfillment.
"Beverly Hills has been very good to me," Jones said, "and I look forward to many years ahead of being involved in the growth of the community."
